I wanted a roommate. North Lakeland Cobblestone Landing. only one individual. This unit has three bedrooms, is somewhat small, and has little storage space. There is only one tiny room available. Use the upper restroom with one other individual. Downstairs, a half bath. There are currently two cats, a 39-year-old woman, and a 43-year-old man living there. Monthly rent is $600, and moving in costs $1800.
