Pay: $24–$26/hr. DOE
We are looking for experienced Scaffold Builders and Leadmen!
Requirements:
✅ Previous scaffold building experience required
✅ Must have your own tools/equipment
✅ Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
✅ Must be comfortable working at heights
✅ Must be able to safely build, dismantle, and modify scaffolding
✅ Must understand basic scaffold safety and proper procedures
✅ Must be able to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and maintain a safe work area
✅ Leadmen must have the ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively
✅ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
Basic Builder/Leadman Qualifications:
Experience building and dismantling scaffolding.
Knowledge of scaffold components, proper assembly, and safety procedures.
Ability to read and follow instructions or basic scaffold plans.
Ability to work safely at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills for Leadman positions.
