**The Palm Beach Event Collective** is expanding into South Florida, and we're building a roster of experienced hospitality professionals to support upcoming weddings, private celebrations, corporate functions, country clubs, and catered events.
We are an extension of an established event staffing company operating in the Greater Philadelphia region, where we provide supplemental hospitality personnel to catering companies, venues, and private clients.
As we prepare to launch our South Florida operations, we're looking for reliable, professional individuals interested in flexible, event-based opportunities.
### POSITIONS WE'RE RECRUITING
- **Banquet Servers & Waitstaff:** Plated dinner service, buffet service, cocktail receptions, and formal events
- **Bartenders:** Private events, weddings, corporate functions, and upscale hospitality service
- **Event Captains & Supervisors:** Experienced banquet professionals capable of leading event teams and coordinating service
- **Bussers & Food Runners:** Clearing, resetting, food running, and banquet support
- **Event Setup & Breakdown Crew:** Event preparation, furniture setup, breakdown, and cleanup
- **Event Assistants:** General event support and on-site assistance
### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, banquet, catering, or event experience preferred
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of an event team
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional weekday events
- Ability to follow venue-specific service standards and instructions
Experience in fine dining, country clubs, luxury hotels, wedding venues, or full-service catering is a plus.
