If you are looking for a state license contractor to act as a qualifier for your company I can be the license holder for you. I am a board certified Florida Building Contractor. you must have a verifiable background and be in good financial standing. your business can be anywhere in the state. Organizations from outside of state looking to expand into Florida or looking to do a "one off long timeline project(s) are also acceptable". I WILL NOT act as an FRO for your business. You must provide all insurances, bonds, registrations and cover cost of license qualification for your business. I will entertain different compensation scenarios, but please I am not the person you're looking for, if you're just looking for someone "to pull a permit for a few hundred dollars" type situation. I am looking for a serious partnership.
I require a contract, based on a renewable agreement. My involvement in your business will be specifically designated in contract terms, and can be as little as is required by law, or some other amount of assistance that is agreeable to both parties. Reply through Craigslist, with your information (email & phone # is required or I will not reply) and I will get back in touch with you asap. Please though, be sure of what your situation requires & that it matches the minimum of requirements above. Thank you.
