Our land use permit allows our members to camp for 180 days a year. For many of the snowbirds - that is plenty! Many come from AZ, ID or eastern WA to get away from the hottest months and enjoy time with family while they are here. They can bring the grandkids to the park here for all the activities and many will choose a very comfortable spot to enjoy that time. The sites vary greatly in size and amenities already in place. Our most reasonable camping spot with septic is just $19,000 with a shed and covered deck in Phase 3. The largest site we have for sale right now that has septic, greenbelt backing, room for three guest trailers, shed, covered gazebo, golf cart, furniture and a 2023 park model trailer with all the upgrades is $155,000. Typically, these larger sites sell to someone that has sold their house in the area and want a comfortable spot to visit with family while they are in town.
