Concrete Contractor Needed for permitted 4" Interior Slab Overpour.

This is for an existing framed out interior room, 11.5' x 15.5' (approx. 180 sq. ft.), positioned at the backend of an open carport. Required 1) moisture barrier, 2) formwork for new slab pour, 3) tied into existing adjacent home slab and 4) float out with smooth finish ready for flooring. There is both wheelbarrow and pump access. Must have verifiable experience with interior concrete pours and overpours. Able to provide professional references and photos of like interior work upon request.
