Complete with all parts. I probably have extra screws or small parts if you need them.
Working fine EXCEPT that I could not get the wall button to work. It's included - perhaps you can. Read below...
So, here's what happened:
I have three garage doors with three garage door openers. Two of them are model HD210, and this one was model HD220. In fact, the HD220 is a newer one that replaced a failed HD210. It's physically a little smaller and much quieter, but otherwise operates the same with many common parts.
BUT.. for reasons unknown, the wall button stopped working. So, I replaced it. Still didn't work. So for a long while, we used an extra remote for the "wall button". But we started having problems with the remotes, too. Then I saw a new but unused HD210 for sale and decided to replace the HD220 with another HD210, which would then match the other openers. Kinda dumb in a way, because I paid just as much as a newer model at Lowes or Home Depot. But I liked having matching units.
When we installed the new (old) HD210 we had the same problem with the remotes and the wall button! ???
Apparently, it wasn't the HD220 malfunctioning at all. I went a little nuts trying to figure out what was wrong, and eventually discovered that something, somewhere in the house, was creating radio frequency interference near this particular unit. I tried finding it, but couldn't. The solution turned out to be making the antenna wire longer.
Meanwhile, the HD220 (now up for sale) was on the floor. When I pushed the remote button, it worked fine. GRRRRR.......

I have now taken apart the HD220 and put it in the box the HD210 came in. Where the parts were the same, I left the old ones in place and the new ones are in the box. That includes a new remote and a new wall button, new optical sensors, and stuff like the connecting wire and alternative brackets and screws I never used and you might not either. I've included the HD210 installation instructions which are *almost* identical - the motor head mounts a little differently to the rail.
