This is not a party house; we are professional working individuals who are responsible, neat, and considerate of others.
We ask of you to respect the household and use utilities and your own bathroom within moderation. Must be able to keep it clean and tidy daily

Must clean up after your own use.
Laundry privileges.
You MUST be willing to purchase your own cleaning supplies for laundry, dishes, etc.
We do not provide any of the supplies.
