If you're looking for a commercial espresso setup without paying new-equipment prices, this is an outstanding opportunity.
This Rocket Espresso Boxer Alto 2-Group machine was purchased new in January 2019 for our specialty coffee shop, Rocket Bicycle Studio Café. Despite being a two-group commercial machine, we only used one group head during daily service, resulting in significantly less wear than most café machines.
Our café operated 4 days per week (7:00 AM–2:00 PM) with relatively low espresso volume before the pandemic. Throughout ownership, the equipment also spent approximately 8 months out of service during temporary closures, meaning it has far fewer operating hours than most commercial machines of its age.
The machine has been well cared for, regularly cleaned, and maintained. The custom red faceplate gives it a unique look that stands out in any café, bakery, restaurant, or coffee bar.
