**WEST MAUI**
We want an independent contractor or small business for a full time ongoing landscape, pool and general maintenance on a private residential property in West Maui. It’s a steady monthly service contract and a good fit for an established sole proprietor.
Scope of services:
* Lawn, hedge, palm and tropical landscape maintenance, plus irrigation
* Pool and spa service: water chemistry, cleaning, and equipment checks
* Minor repairs and upkeep: fixtures, painting, small carpentry and plumbing
* Checking on the property and coordinating outside vendors as needed
Compensation: $6,000/month flat service contract. Minimum 8 hours daily 5 days a week.
Requirements:
* Someone with 2+ years of landscaping or property maintenance experience. Experience from anywhere counts, on-island or off!
*New to pool care? No problem, we’ll teach you.
*Local or off-island references.
*Not set up as a business yet? We’ll help you get your GE tax license and insurance so you can work as your own boss.
*You’ll invoice us monthly and get a 1099.
* At least 2 years of landscaping or property maintenance experience, with pool experience strongly preferred
