Hula Girl Sailing is seeking a full‑time USCG‑licensed Captain to join our professional crew aboard our 65’ luxury sailing catamaran operating from Kā‘anapali Beach, Maui.
Position: Full‑Time Captain
Location: Beach loading from Kā‘anapali Beach
Schedule: Full‑time, year‑round
Responsibilities
Safely operate the Hula Girl catamaran for daily snorkel/scuba excursions, dinner cruises, sunset sails, whale watches and private charters
Beach loading and unloading operations in varying surf conditions
Supervise crew and ensure exceptional guest service
Maintain vessel safety, logs, and compliance with USCG and DLNR regulations
Assist with vessel maintenance, fueling, inspections, and operational readiness
Requirements - 100 Ton Masters License
Strong boat‑handling skills in sailing, beach loading, and Maui coastal conditions - basic engineering
Professional, reliable, and guest‑service oriented
Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive onboard environment
Compensation
