Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the bar operations
* Oversee some dinner and some lunch services as MOD
* Order beverage items and maintain appropriate beverage cost
* Oversee Cash handling and all closing procedures.
* Train and oversee award beverage program
* Oversee guest services and resolve any guest issues
* Ensure a high quality of service
* Must have a Maui Liquor Card
* Ensure all Maui Liquor laws are followed
* Recruit, onboard, train and manage team
* Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
* Manage Music and Entertainment schedule
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in food service or other related fields
* Must be able to work late nights
* Strong leadership qualities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Microsoft and IOS Applications experience required
* POS experience with Toast
* Must be knowledgeable in social media
