Continental Facilities Group is a Hawaii-based facilities company serving commercial properties, restaurants, AOAO communities, and public facilities across the islands. On Maui, we take care of the public comfort stations that boaters, fishermen, and visitors use every day. We're hiring a part-time evening cleaner to service the comfort stations at both Lahaina Boat Harbor and Mala Boat Harbor.

SHIFTS AND SCHEDULE
Seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Each evening starts at 5:00 PM and covers the comfort stations at Lahaina Boat Harbor and Mala Boat Harbor. You lock the doors at the end of each service.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, walls, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces using EPA-approved disinfectants
• Disinfect sinks and toilets, clean mirrors, and restock toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
• Sweep, mop, and remove trash and debris
• Lock the comfort station doors at the end of every evening service
• Fill out a daily cleaning log so every service is recorded
• Report plumbing problems, vandalism, damage, or safety issues to your supervisor right away
• Do minor touch-ups to keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming, plus other related duties as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Lives on Maui, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel between Lahaina and Mala each evening
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable: when the schedule says the comfort stations are cleaned and locked, they are
• Able to work independently and follow a checklist without reminders
• Comfortable working evenings at outdoor harbor facilities, and able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to follow safety guidelines, handle cleaning chemicals responsibly, and be friendly with boaters, visitors, and the public
Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We'll train you. What matters most is that you show up, care about the work, and take pride in keeping your comfort stations clean.
