Maui Brewing Co. is looking for an experienced Restaurant Bar Manager to lead our bar operations while helping deliver exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences.

Position Highlights
Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 DOE
Quarterly Performance Bonus Eligible
What You'll Be Doing
Restaurant Leadership
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members.
- Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional hospitality.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
- Partner with Executive Kitchen leadership to deliver seamless service.
- Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance to achieve business goals.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating positive outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the restaurant.
Bar Operations
- Lead all daily bar operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest engagement.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Maui Brewing Co. beers, spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage trends.
- Manage ordering, inventory, receiving, and cost controls.
- Monitor beverage costs, pour costs, and inventory variances.
- Coach and develop bartenders to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure recipe consistency, presentation standards, and responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate on seasonal cocktails, promotions, and new beverage offerings.
- Drive bar performance through leadership, training, and operational excellence.
