This is a 300W, bicolor LED light panel. It can also be battery powered with V-mount batteries (batteries not included). It also includes the honeycomb grid(not pictured). It comes with its own rotating clamp(not pictured) and the Matthellini clamp is not included.

We've had it since June 11, 2020 and it's been a great light for us. It's never been on a location shoot or used outdoors. Only used in our home studio.
