I have a Globe G12 12” commercial manual meat slicer. This is not a low end slicer, it typically ranges in price from$1885-$2200 new depending on where you purchase it. This unit is used and is less than three years old, although it has not been used for the whole last year and prior to that it was used less than twice per week since purchased new. It comes with the sharpener for the blade and is a complete unit, missing nothing. This is a high quality slicer that can easily give you many years of use. Motor is a strong 1/2hp, quiet and in excellent shape. It is a little dusty from being stored, but stainless steel is an easy wipe down. This was used in a commercial restaurant and used only twice per week, so it is NSF approved and has a lot of life left. Blade is perfect and sharp…razor SHARP and has never been sharpened before! I do recommend that you unplug it before cleaning, as it will take a finger off in a single second if you're careless!
