Free unscreened fill dirt and sandy soil available from a residential landscaping project.
The material is a mixture of dirt, sand, small rocks, and some miscellaneous debris. It is currently wet from recent rain.
Pickup Details:
FREE — take as much or as little as you need.
You must bring your own shovels, buckets, wheelbarrows, and transportation.
Self-loading only. No loading assistance provided.
Material is offered AS IS, with no guarantees regarding quality, composition, cleanliness, or suitability for any particular use.
Pickup by appointment only.
Only remove material from areas specifically designated for pickup.
No machinery or motorized equipment permitted without prior approval.
Please do not disturb any landscaping, irrigation, drainage pipes, or surrounding property.
Safety: The pickup area may contain wet soil, mud, uneven surfaces, and other hazards. Please wear appropriate footwear and exercise caution. You are responsible for your own loading activities, equipment, and transportation.
Pickup is subject to agreement on access and safety conditions.
