I’m looking to hire someone with some remodeling experience to work alongside me, primarily on bathroom remodels.
I don’t need someone with 20 years of experience, but I do want someone who knows their way around tools, has some construction knowledge, and can get things done without needing constant direction.
What we do:
* Bathroom remodels (a lot of them!)
* Tile showers, floors, and backsplashes
* Tub and shower installations
* Drywall, trim, and finish work
* General residential remodeling
What I’m looking for:
* Ideally 2–5 years of remodeling or construction experience
* Someone dependable who shows up on time
* Good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
* Willing to learn and improve their skills
* Reliable transportation
* Someone who can work hard but also have a good time doing it
Just as important as experience is personality. We’re going to spend a lot of time working side by side, so I’m looking for someone who’s easygoing, has a good sense of humor, and is enjoyable to work with. I like to keep things laid-back and have fun throughout the day, but still get quality work done.
I’ll provide the tools and equipment. You just need to bring a good attitude, some experience, and a solid work ethic.
Pay: Based on experience and ability.
