Description:
Job #1 – New Electrical Service / Meter
Install a new electrical service for the ADU.
Scope includes:
* Install new electrical panel/meter per approved plans
* Coordinate with IID as required
* Complete all required inspections and obtain final approval
* Experience with residential service upgrades preferred
Job #2 – Separate Domestic Water Service
Separate the ADU from the main house so it has its own dedicated water line.
Scope includes:
* Install a new water line from the street (or as approved by the utility)
* Coordinate with the City of La Quinta and water district as needed
* Complete all trenching, piping, and meter coordination
* Pass all required inspections
Job #3– Backup FRAMER / Carpenter needed to frame out front door and new bedroom for ADU Conversion (Fully Permitted)
Convert an existing 2-bedroom, 1-bath structure into a fully permitted ADU.
Scope includes:
* Complete all work per approved city plans
* Pass City of La Quinta inspections
* Frame out bedroom and front door and complete all framing per plans
Requirements
* Experience with ADUs and permitting preferred
* Must be able to coordinate, schedule, and pass all required City inspections
* References from similar projects are appreciated

Payment Terms:
* Owner will purchase and pay for all materials.
* Labor will be paid only after the work is completed and the applicable City inspections have been passed.
