We are looking for an experienced commercial maintenance technician or electrical troubleshooting professional to perform a quick on-site assessment at a retail store in La Palma, CA.
LOCATION: La Palma, CA 90623
ARRIVAL: Today at 9:00 AM
PAY: $40 Flat Rate – Assessment Only
WORK ORDER DETAILS:
- Register #2: Conveyor belt is not functioning.
- Register #2: Checkout light is not working.
- Registers #3 and #4: Checkout lights are failing and need assessment.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Inspect the affected checkout registers.
- Determine possible causes of the conveyor malfunction and lighting issues.
- Identify necessary repairs and replacement parts.
- Take clear photos of affected equipment, labels, and model numbers.
- Provide a brief assessment and recommendations.
IMPORTANT: This assignment is strictly for an assessment. No repairs or materials purchases are required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must live in or near La Palma
- Experience in commercial maintenance or electrical troubleshooting.
- Basic diagnostic tools.
- Must be punctual and professional.
- Must represent our maintenance company professionally while on-site.
- Must be available to arrive at 9:00 AM today.
