• Performing finish grade work or other close specification-controlled work
• Subject to strict inspection and must conform closely to specifications
• Perform maintenance work to equipment including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments to equipment
• Willing to travel and work away from home when required
• Report to work at the designated start time
• Be able to work overtime when required
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
• Hard working and work well with others
• Other duties can be assigned
Requirements
• At least 1-year experience operating heavy equipment (Roller, Dozer, Backhoe, Excavator, etc.)
• Be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold and on all types of terrain.
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol test
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to sit, stand, crawl, climb, squat, push, pull, and reach overhead
• Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Capacity to provide and follow direction
• Ability to enter and exit equipment using 3 points of contact by pulling self in and lowering self out of equipment
• May be asked to help with some manual labor at times
• Be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of the work environment
• Be able to work overtime when required
