We are seeking an experienced and reliable Residential Window Installer Subcontractor to install replacement and new-construction windows in residential homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to quality craftsmanship, and able to complete installations safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
Responsibilities
-Install residential replacement and new-construction windows.
-Remove existing windows and prepare openings for new installations.
-Ensure all windows are level, plumb, square, and properly sealed.
-Install flashing, insulation, trim, and finishing materials as required.
-Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the installation process.
-Protect customers' homes and belongings during all phases of the project.
-Identify and report any structural issues or unforeseen conditions before proceeding.
-Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and office staff.
-Complete projects according to company quality standards and scheduled deadlines.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years of residential window installation experience preferred.
-Knowledge of various window brands and installation methods.
-Ability to read work orders, measurements, and installation instructions.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
