Pay: $200+ per day (Base) + 4% Monthly Performance Bonus Opportunity – Paid Every Friday!
Location: Green Bay, WI / Surrounding Area
What We Provide:
• Late-model 16ft and/or 26ft Box Truck (No personal vehicle wear-and-tear)
• All fuel/gas covered 100% by the company
• All specialized delivery and installation equipment (dollies, straps)
The Position:
TSAV NTUJ LLC is seeking professional, physically fit, and highly reliable drivers/installers for final-mile home appliance delivery and installation. We load out of our primary contractor's hub and deliver directly to residential homes.
Elite Pay for Elite Performance (Our Monthly Bonus Structure):
We pay above market value because we expect top-tier execution. In addition to your competitive daily rate, we offer an all-or-nothing 4% Monthly Cash Bonus based on flawless operations:
• 0 Customer Complaints during the month
• 0 Item or Property Damages during the month
• 0 Late Arrivals or Missed Shifts
Note: Because our primary contract relies heavily on daily reliability, a single unexcused route cancellation or missed shift automatically disqualifies the driver from the bonus for that active monthly cycle.
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Required for hub access)
• Experience handling heavy home appliances (preferred) or large-item moving
• Strong customer service and communication skills
