๐จโ๐ณ WHAT YOUโLL BE DOING
Prepare, season, and cook food quickly and consistently
Maintain presentation, quality, and sanitation standards
Complete food prep and use basic knife skills
Follow recipes and established kitchen procedures
Label and rotate inventory properly
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
Minimize waste and maintain proper food-handling practices
Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service moving
๐ฅ WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of high-volume kitchen experience**
High school diploma or GED
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
Must be 18+
Ability to obtain the required Health Card and TIPS Card
Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Class IV Gaming Commission permit
๐จ IMPORTANT: WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST! ๐จ
This is a hands-on kitchen position. Youโll be on your feet and may lift up to 50 lbs. The kitchen can be hot, loud, busy, and fast-paced, with exposure to sharp utensils, hot surfaces, and wet floors.
