For sale is a rare piece of Van Briggle pottery circa 1923-1933 out of Colorado Springs. Van Briggle pottery is highly collectible and noticeable with the flat satin type glaze finishes, this Penguin being and rare piece. Stands 4” tall and no chip or issues to report, just about 100 years of dust that would wipe off and brighten up the colors a bit. Signed and dated either a 23 or 33. I checked the archives of nearly 1000 of his pieces and could not find this one cataloged, some online groups suggested the value to be around $200-$300 if listing online so I figured $125 for a local deal would be a reasonable price point to a collector. (Sorry the vase is not currently available)
