We are looking for a **reliable, experienced, hands-on Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman** to help maintain and repair residential rental properties.
This is a hands-on position for someone who knows how to use tools, can troubleshoot problems, and can look at a repair and figure out what needs to be done without needing constant supervision.
The work will involve a variety of **rental property repairs, maintenance, turnovers, and light construction projects.**
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly and is dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
### WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate:
* Has hands-on experience in **property maintenance, construction, remodeling, or handyman work**
* Can confidently perform basic repairs without needing step-by-step instructions
* Is comfortable using hand tools and power tools
* Can troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions
* Is dependable and shows up when scheduled
* Can work independently and manage a list of assigned projects
* Takes pride in quality workmanship
* Pays attention to detail
* Communicates clearly with management
* Has reliable transportation
* Has a valid driver's license
* Is comfortable working inside and outside
* Can safely climb ladders and perform physical work
* Can lift and move materials as required
**Property management, apartment maintenance, remodeling, construction, or rental turnover experience is a major plus.**
### PAY
**$22 per hour depending on experience, skill level and ability.**
We are looking for someone who can actually perform the work, not simply someone who has a general labor background. Compensation will reflect demonstrated skill and experience.
