This is two basic structures - one is wood framed and the other is tented. This one can get chilly in the winter. It has an attached screened lanai.
Add $150 for utilities including electric. water and fiber optic wifi.
Each structure has a kitchen, an attached bathroom and detached shower.
It's situated in its own area on large acreage. It also has huge ocean views. It comes with appliances but not much furniture
Other people live elsewhere on this large land.
This isn't an easy rental to show. You need a 4-wheel drive or at least an all-wheel drive. No 2-lwheel drives. If you don't already know and love Kanaio then this probably isn't for you. This isn't a good property to commute far. Besides, you won't want to. It's not just a rental, it's a lifestyle.
