Job opening for a fulltime exterior condominium building maintenance position. Must be able to work as a team and independently, as needed. Steady work with good benefits.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in building maintenance, or similar work experience. They must be physically capable of performing a variety of tasks while maintaining quality standards and exhibiting a generous Aloha Spirit towards our owners, guests and fellow employees.
Must have dependable transportation and commit to the hours scheduled, starting at 6:30am. Must be able to work Tuesday - Friday 9-hour shifts and Saturdays 4-hour shift.
