Has a bad roof. It leaks. I bought if from auction and the ac had been on fire and melted and bubbled that tarp liner on top. It had water damage from the leaks.
Its nice enough to still use under a roof.. but it has taken water damage and been lived in since I got it in 2020.
I bought it with a non-repairable title. So basically no title. you cant transfer it or anything.
Basically buying for parts or putting it under a metal roof.
