We are currently hiring Processors / Machine Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Knoxville.
This role involves safely operating processing equipment while helping maintain product quality, efficiency, and food-safety standards.
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
✅ Operate processing and production equipment
✅ Perform equipment startup and shutdown procedures
✅ Follow GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements
✅ Perform basic preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
✅ Make minor equipment adjustments when needed
✅ Complete production and quality paperwork
✅ Assist with product changeovers
✅ Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
✅ Report equipment, product, or safety concerns to supervision
👷 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ High school diploma or GED
✅ 2+ years of machine operator or production experience preferred
✅ Must be able to read, speak, and write English
✅ Must be dependable and able to work the full 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift
✅ Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✅ Must be able to perform physical job duties, including standing, walking, repetitive movement, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
