ISO dog (Klamath falls)

In the looks for a blue heeler, German shepherd or a smaller dog. Ideally puppies , if male fixed as I have a female dog and do not want a litter of puppies. Ideally In the age range of 8-10weeks to 3 years is okay. Has to be good with children, other dogs and cats. Would like a dog that loves water as much as my girl does.

I am also okay with something smaller. Show me what you got. My girl just really needs a friend. Just aiming for breeds im already familiar with, im also familiar with dutch shepherds, Belgian malinois, and pitbulls. Thank you. Ideally not something bigger then an average shepherd size.
