CFG Media is an authorized student qualification agency working directly with CareerStep, a leading provider of online healthcare and technology career training with 30 years experience in the industry.
We are expanding our remote team of Phone Screeners to connect with individuals who have already requested information about starting a new career path. There is absolutely NO COLD CALLING involved.
THE ROLE:
Call back warm, inbound leads who requested information about CareerStep programs.
Screen prospective students for basic eligibility, motivation, and program fit.
Transfer or submit qualified student profiles directly to CareerStep Admissions.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Excellent verbal communication and an empathetic, professional phone presence.
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer/headset.
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or telemarketing is a plus.
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURAL TRANSPARENCY:
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Pay is 100% performance-based commission per successful student enrollment validation.
Payout Terms: Commissions are paid on a Net-60 basis. This timeline accounts for the student's enrollment verification period and client funding cycles.
