FOR SALE - I'm looking to reduce the number of timeshare weeks I own at Barrier Island Station and Ocean Pines in the Outer Banks. I have been an owner at Barrier Island Station and Ocean Pines for over 26 years and it's time for someone else to enjoy these weeks.
I'll pay closing/transfer fees!
Here is your chance to get a prime week in an end unit on the first or second floor of the 800 building at a great price. First use is currently 2027 for all of them unless they are rented before being sold. Use them all, use some and rent/sell others or use for points in RCI if you choose. None of these are currently in RCI. I've had a great experience using a local attorneys office for transfers in the past - everything was handled remotely.
The units at Barrier Island Station are located in the closest building to the beach, with the week 30 and 33 end units closest to the ocean. This gated resort offers a brand new outdoor pool in 2026, a recreation center with a gym, games, spa, sauna and indoor pool completed in 2023. There are also tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, volleyball, outdoor table tennis, outdoor shuffleboard, playsets and much more. There is an on-site snack shack offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hot and cold food, ice cream, etc. The town of Duck stations lifeguards on the beach in front of this resort and rents chairs/umbrellas if interested. Onsite EV and golf cart charging stations available.
I've always had success renting the week 30, 32 and 33 when I didn't use myself - the week 16 was hit or miss. I'm interested in bundling 2 or more weeks together to help get these sold and save some money on the closing/transfer fees. Or all 4 for a really good price if interested. Let's make a deal before the end of the year or they may be rented for 2027! Weekly activities are always planned during the busy summer season as well!
