I currently have another trailer and no real need for living quarters at this point in my life! I have some bills that need my immediate attention so shes gotta go! 3 burner stove,propane heater,refrigerator with small ice box,double sink with cold water only,outdoor spigot, interior and exterior lighting and light socket,lots of storage and fold out of the way for more floor space dining table and a huge comfortable bed! All 100% operational! Tires still have new nubs on them with less than 500 miles. Id recommended doing bearings as its been a long time but all is well and ready to go now! Roof vents have recent recaulking but windows should be done sooner than later as they've been know to leak previously. This trailer could easily have a rear tack added if desired or remove the divider and haul 3 smaller horses. Has rust but structurally sound! If I remember correctly 1 turn signal needs a bulb. Awning was great last time used,new trailer battery recommended! Some marker lights need bulbs too..maybe 2 or 3? Great starter trailer for wahset,high school rodeo etc! Throw the kids and quads in and go for your next camping adventure..makes a great toy hauler,or take hunting with or without your horses as theres plenty of clearance for your next back country expedition! Someone did a beautiful living quarters conversion and it deserves to be used! Has plenty of life left in her to be well enjoy by her next family chapter for some years to come!
