Steelcase Leap, I think V1. Chair is fairly old, but I just reupholstered it with a new layer of foam and new fabric. All mechanical parts are original as far as I can tell (cylinder, wheels, seat adjustments, armrests, etc.) All the features work, maybe not quite as smoothly as a new chair but still very functional. Seat height and depth, lumbar support height and firmness, back tension and lock. Wheels roll okay, gas cylinder moves a little slow but still good. It was non-professionally reupholstered by me with new foam and fabric so those are both new. Some scuffs and stains on the hard plastic and armrests, scrubbed but they didn't come all the way off, they don't affect the comfort or function at all though.
