The price is $700 and that includes everything, including heat, hot water, electric and internet. I do not have cable. There is parking for your car beside mine in the driveway. There is also a washer and dryer for your use.
No smoking and no pets. I have to be firm on this. Both my request and the owner's rule. That includes no use of 420 or vape.
I am a 44-year old male so I guess I'd prefer someone aged 35-50 or so. Male or female. I also would like a full month rent as a security deposit. I will deposit this in a bank and you will get any accrued interest should you move. No lease. Month-to-month.
