Looking for a clean, quiet housemate to rent a private bedroom in our 3BR home in North Juanita 132nd street close to Totem Lake shopping center and Juanita Beach.
The room is bright, furnished, and shares a bathroom with 2 other tenant. Full kitchen access, on-site laundry, and street parking. Utilities + Wi-Fi not included in rent and are separate which calculate and send out to all roommates with screenshot of bill approximately less than $100.
We’re working professionals, friendly and respectful. No smoking, and we have allergy to dog and cats’ hair, sorry in advance if you have pet!
