Elliptical - ProForm E7 It has several free walks you can take (videos of trails, etc. with a human guide) The machine automatically adjusts to the trail you're on. You get encouragement as you go so it pushes you farther and longer. It also has a manual setting so you can set the time and play with the resistance yourself. But if you decide to subscribe to the iFit membership, you get even more trails, but I find there's already enough. You can sign up for iFit here: https://www.proform.com/ifit
It’s still in new condition. It's heavy and large, so you'll need two people and a truck or van to pick it up. Thanks.
