Electronic skilled person needed to inspect printed circuit boards that incorporate resistors, capacitors, semiconductors, etc. The person will have the ability to know resistor color codes and to determine if a component is located in an incorrect location by comparing the board to a standard. Quality of solder joints inspection is required as well as good eye sight. Other tasks are:
Assembling and soldering components in circuit boards.
Pulling and counting inventory parts from bins to be utilized in a production run.
Some mechanical and ID label assembly.
Opening shipped in boxes with components and documenting packing list.
Using a programmer to program microcontrollers.
Have the ability to use a VOM.
Testing circuit boards for operational conformity against a test procedure.
Any other operational procedures.
We are a small company and employee must live within reasonable distance from our Kingwood location. This is an as-needed job, part-time, permanent position. A valid Texas driver’s license is required. Person must be personally motivated in the electronics field an show the ability to want to learn more about the electronics field.
