**Notes:**
- **The prices are placeholders I ballparked for the NEPA market.** Adjust them to your real numbers. Posting ranges you can actually hit builds trust and filters out tire-kickers.
- **Add your PA Home Improvement Contractor registration number** if you have one. Pennsylvania doesn't issue a general contractor license, so "licensed" can draw scrutiny, and a registration number is a strong credibility signal.
