$900 / 3br - Looking for roommate - 3rd floor Bedroom in Townhouse *Close to Ferry* (Kingston)

I am looking at having one roommate rent out the bedroom on the 3rd floor. The townhouse is located about 0.9 miles from the ferry.
The townhome was built in 2023 so everything is basically new. I've a pretty nice home theater set up in the living room along with a full kitchen, if you like to cook.
The room you would be renting is 900 per month and includes your own full private bathroom. A $900 Security Deposit would be required at move in. I'm open to a dog provided they get along with my dogs. No pet deposit, but a monthly pet rent of $25 would apply. Lease would be month-to-month to start with a longer lease possible if it's a good fit.
Utilities such as Water, Sewer, Trash and Electricity would be split 1/3 per roommate. Fiber Internet is included in rent.
