Pink's Windows Hudson Valley is hiring window cleaning techs. No experience needed. We teach you a real trade and pay you while you learn.
Monday through Friday. Weekends off. Every week.
What you earn:
- $18/hr to start while we train you, plus tips on every job. That's around $800 a week to learn a trade.
- After your first few weeks you move to performance pay. You earn a percentage of every job you complete, so the more work you get done, the more you take home. Techs who produce are running an effective rate around $35/hr, which is about $1,400 a week.
- You get paid to upsell. Spot an add-on while you're at the house, sell it on the spot, and you earn on it.
- Full benefits at 6 weeks: health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Paid training from day one. Zero experience required.
- We buy lunch. Every day.
Where this goes:
Tech → Lead Tech → Ops Manager ($65K) → General Manager ($80-100K+)
Our current managers started as techs. Top GMs clear six figures. This is not a dead-end job.
What your day looks like:
- You get yourself to the van parking spot each morning. We take it from there.
- You work in a small crew of 2-3 people cleaning windows, gutters, and exteriors on homes and businesses across the Hudson Valley.
- Every day is different. Every job is outdoors. You can see the results of your work before you leave.
Who does well here:
- People who show up on time and give a damn
- Former servers, bartenders, delivery drivers, movers, landscapers, retail workers
- Anyone who's tired of being stuck in a kitchen, a warehouse, or behind a steering wheel all day
- People who want to get paid for what they produce, not just for showing up
Requirements: Valid driver's license and a reliable way to get to the van parking spot. That's it.
