About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Handyman / Trade Technician to join our team. Initially, you will work alongside the owner to get familiar with our standards, workflows, and client expectations. Once up to speed, you will transition into operating independently, running your own service calls and managing projects on-site.
Required Skills & Proficiency:
-Tile Work: Backsplashes, tub/shower surrounds, tile replacement, and repair.
-Drywall: Patching, tape/mudding, texturing, and ceiling/wall repairs.
-Flooring: Installation of LVP, laminate, hardwood, or tile.
-Carpentry: Trim work, baseboards, doors, deck repairs/builds, and general framing repairs.
Qualifications:
-Proven hands-on experience in residential/commercial repairs and remodeling.
-Ability to work independently, troubleshoot on-site, and deliver quality workmanship.
-Strong communication skills and professional demeanor around clients.
-Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and basic hand/power tools required.
-Must be able to pass a drug test
