For sale: Roland RD-2000 with the EX upgrade. If you’re not familiar with Roland’s confusing marketing, the current RD-2000EX is exactly the same physical board as the RD-2000 with some additional piano sounds, which I bought separately and installed into the RD-2000 I already owned. Per the pictures I’ve posted, it literally says RD-2000EX when you boot it up, even though the EX isn’t stenciled on the chassis.

In great shape, works like new, barely even any scuffs or other cosmetic issues, it rarely ever left the house. I'm just not using it much now that I have some other boards and I'd like to see it find a good home. It comes with a power cord, DP-10 damper pedal, and a dust cover. Selling all this together for $1000 firm, please no other offers at this time. If I decide at some point that I’m willing to take less, then I’ll just adjust the price here to reflect that, but I’m honestly not in a huge hurry to move it.

I'm in Appleton. You'll have to come to me to try it out, it's just too big and heavy for an old man like me to haul around, especially with the possibility that someone decides they don't want it after all and then I just have to bring it back home again ... If that changes, I'll update the post to say so.
