The Good:
Everything works - Just returned from NY, VT, NH, and ME
Included accessories like dedicated sewer storage tubes, secondary cover over roof vent, and Load Distributing Hitch.

Toilet replaced 2023
Repainted back half of chassis 2026
Bearings packed and new seals 2026
New Power Trailer Jack 2026
Trailer is 7 1/2 feet wide - easy to tow with stock mirrors
The Bad:
A/C Cover on roof is brittle and easily damaged - a broken piece is taped in place (from inside) with Metal tape
Awning works perfectly but is making noises it did not use to make
Tank valves (gray and Black) leak a small amount (~a cup) when travelling, cap does not leak.
Oven Pilot jet could use cleaning
This trailer is not designed for below freezing - must be winterized for cold weather.
The Ugly:
There is minor water damage - Floor in storage compartment has been replaced, small soft spot in bedroom corner, rear wall seems to be wet and is bulging on bottom.
