MUST HAVE:
• 5+ years construction/project management experience
• Experience with construction management software
• Residential construction experience
• Strong organization & communication skills
• Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials & schedules
• Ability to read plans and manage projects from start to finish
• Self-motivated, reliable & dependable
• Reliable transportation
