Great condition, can be pulled down the roughest of 4x4 roads. Everything works, tires are in great condition.
Trailer is being sold with full set of construction drawings for you to be able to build the home in the drawings from. These will be stamped by a Hawaii licensed architect, who is available for consultation during construction, or to assist with design revisions if desired.
The trailer deck has some rust, however it isn't planned to be used in the tiny house construction anyway.
The Tiny Home design can be entirely off grid if desired, and includes a solar roof that can be lowered tor transport. Wastewater is designed to discharge into County sewer, septic, or a central waste composting system which could be located in the crawlspace beneath the trailer. The design provides for a toilet, sink, and full compact kitchen indoors with a private semi outdoor shower on the lanai. Can be delivered on island for a fee.
