Skilled in other trades as well: electrical, plumbing, A/C (EPA certified), solar, etc. Residential, commercial.
Complete kitchens and baths, some 'handyman' work.
$60 an hour (4 hour minimum) $48 helper if needed, or sometimes 'by the job'. Cash or local checks OK.
