CDG Maui is a design-build construction company building high-end custom homes on Maui. We plan carefully, build it right, and own the outcome. We're growing our own skilled field team and want people who take pride in their craft.
THE ROLE
You'll support our field team on high-end custom homes: running equipment, grading, and helping our tradespeople with stucco, waterproofing, flooring and finish work. Equipment skills are a must.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator) for grading and site work
• Support stucco, waterproofing and finish crews
• Help with flooring installation under the Crew Manager
• Load, move and stage materials; keep job sites clean and safe
• Help with demolition, cleanup and general labor as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
• 1+ year of construction labor experience
• Proven experience operating a skid steer and mini excavator
• Hard worker who shows up on time, every day
• Follows safety rules and takes direction well
• Takes ownership of assigned work, communicates questions or problems early, and helps the crew deliver quality work efficiently
• Own transportation to Maui job sites
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (I-9 verification required at hire)
NICE TO HAVE
• Stucco, waterproofing or flooring experience
• OSHA 10
