There are many security options that we provide for our customers including; cameras that enable us to monitor the facility, a computerized access gate system, and friendly personnel. We are one of the only facilities in our area that offers this great combination of features.
Our gate access hours are 6am to 10pm 365 days a year and we are here to serve you 7 days a week. Monday thru Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
We offer 10% Senior and Military discounts. There are no property deposits, just your 1st month’s rent and a one-time $10.00 administration fee that gets you set up in our security system, billing system and free online access to your account via our website. We do require renters or home owner’s insurance. You are able to provide your own, or purchase Insurance through us with policies starting as low as $16.00 per month. We also sell disc locks for $10.99 and have a huge variety of moving supplies for your one stop shopping needs.
